Ruby Developer
Our client is seeking a Ruby Developer to join their onsite team in Austin, Texas, working on scalable web applications and backend systems. This position is ideal for a mid-level developer looking to grow their skills and contribute to impactful projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement robust, user-friendly features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Ruby development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and MVC frameworks (e.g., Rails or Sinatra).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of performance optimization for web applications.
- Interest in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
